More than 250 favorite recipes lovingly compiled from the kitchens of the more than 200 volunteers who tend and care for the Rancho. The collection even includes some of Fred H. Bixby's BBQ recipes!

The book, in loose-leaf binder format, includes quotes from volunteers and photos by Sue Ann Gass and Rancho Blacksmith Steve Christensen about favorite places at the Rancho.

Proceeds from the sale of this book will benefit the many free educational programs provided by the Rancho Los Alamitos Foundation to the community.
